Massachusetts Delays Mandated ZEV Sales

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has delayed for four years mandated sales of zero-emission vehicles, according to the Boston Globe. Despite the delay, Acting Gov. Jane Swift promised that by 2007, one in every five new cars sold in the state will be powered by non-polluting technology.
