GM Fleet Adds Web Site Enhancements

Effective immediately General Motors customers can query the Fleet Web site ( to find senior management contacts. Information is divided by department and includes name, title, e-mail, and phone. A customer will be prompted for user ID and password to view the Central Office contacts. The link can be found within the Contact Us page of the Web site. To apply for a password, customers can call 1-877-9FLEET9.In addition, a major enhancement to the Vehicle Order Status tool will allow users to view a “Complete Summary of Orders.” This feature provides an overview of all orders with the ability to drill down through multiple layers all the way to specific order detail.The Fleet Tools page now offers a “Download Tutorial” link for all tools for which a tutorial is available, including Vehicle Order Status. The tutorials are listed on a secure page and will require the user to login with their ID and password.
