ADESA Golden Gate Continues Construction in Tracy, CA

Reaching its halfway point, ADESA Golden Gate has 90 percent of the paving done, foundations laid and the surrounding walls are up. ADESA Golden Gate’s new location in Tracy, is at the heart of the business triangle formed by the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the San Joaquin cities.The new facility will feature 12 fully automated auction lanes, a technology center that offers digital imaging and an assembly line format for preparing condition reports and a 300-plus vehicle check-in area with pre-inventory sorting capabilities. With more than 200 acres, ADESA Golden Gate will also offer storage for more than 10,000 vehicles and a full service reconditioning and detail facility. ADESA Golden Gate currently employs more than 350 people. Weekly consignment and factory sales at the new location will take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with alternating factory and top line sales every week. Current sales in Fremont, CA take place every Tuesday and Thursday with alternating DaimlerChrysler and General Motors factory sales happening on Wednesday and Thursday. Current top line sales feature Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo units every fourth Thursday in Fremont.
