LeasePlan Completes CSC Integration; Offices are Consolidated

December 10, 2001

LeasePlan has completed the integration of Consolidated Service Corp. it outlined after acquiring CSC in December 2000. All system and operational procedures have been transitioned and fully integrated as of December 2001.Additionally, LeasePlan has relocated all CSC operations from its original headquarters in Elk Grove Village, IL, to facilities in Rolling Meadows, IL. CSC had used the Rolling Meadows building since 1998 for Human Resources, Information Technology, and Insurance Services personnel. The toll free number of (800) 323-6644 will not change; however, the local number changes to (847) 481-2000. CSC has provided maintenance and management services to fleets around the country since 1939.The 60,000-square-foot Rolling Meadows facility will now house 300 employees and will handle 24/7 maintenance management, accident management, roadside assistance, fuel management, glass replacement, rentals, safety programs, driver kits, invoicing, and MVR processing for both CSC and LeasePlan clients. Some sales personnel will also work out of the facility.Key improvements were made in Rolling Meadows, including the installation of a fiber optic net-work to improve data- and voice- transmission capabilities, new Cisco network equipment to up-grade all routers, increased parking, and a back-up system with generator to keep business moving in case of weather emergencies or power outages.
