University of Washington to Hold Two Fleet Workshops on Oct. 12-13, 2001

Two fleet workshops, designed to improve fleet maintenance programs, will be held at the University of Washington on Oct. 12-13, 2001. “Analytical Fleet Management: Improving Your Fleet’s Productivity,” on Oct. 12, will focus on improving the work environment and the fleet operation’s image internally to staff and externally to customers. “Effective Shop Management,” on Oct. 13, will deal with reducing overall fleet costs, focusing on planning, organizing, evaluating, implementing, and follow-up. John Dolce, fleet consultant, will present both workshops.
