Mike Albert Leasing Donates to Client Memorial

October 2, 2001

A current Mike Albert Leasing customer, The TJX Companies, Inc. (TJ Maxx) was devastated by the Sept. 11 attack on the World Trade Center. Seven of their employees were aboard American Airlines flight No. 11. “All of these women were in the prime of their lives and careers. Four were mothers of young children,” said Sheri Hardesty, director of marketing & customer service for Mike Albert Leasing. The fleet management company has held an internal fundraiser to raise a donation for The TJX Family Memorial Trust Fund. All amounts received by the Trust will be divided into seven equal portions and distributed to the appropriate surviving family members. Mike Albert Leasing plans to contribute a minimum of $1,000 to this trust fund and will match employee contributions up to $2,500.
