Ford Motor Co. Fleet Advisory Board Holds Fall Meeting

The Ford Motor Co. Fleet Advisory Board conducted its fall meeting with representatives from some of the top commercial accounts Oct. 22-24, 2001, in Dearborn. The meeting agenda consisted of a tour of the Ford Fleet Customer Information Center and the opportunity to monitor calls from dealers and fellow fleet customers, a walk-through of the refreshed Web site, and a presentation of key forward model year fleet vehicles by Ford managers. Subcommittee breakout sessions and a private member meeting were also conducted.A highlight of the event was the dinner recognizing the members rotating off the board. Tom Gorman, executive director, Ford Motor Co. Fleet, acknowledged the contributions of each departing member and presented each with a memento of his or her tenure on the Fleet Advisory Board.The Spring Fleet Advisory Board meeting will be held in Phoenix in March 2002, with seven new members joining the board.
