September 28, 2001

Utilimaster Corp., together with Ford Motor Co. and dealer Franklin Square Ford (in Franklin Square, New York), will provide five vehicles at no cost to the New York City Fire Department. On Friday, Sept. 14, 2001, Utilimaster received a request from the New York Fire Department for urgent delivery of walk-in vans to help in the disaster clean-up. Two completed vehicles have already been delivered. Three vehicles will start construction and will be delivered in record time, according to Utilimaster.
