Steve DeAngelis Replaces Tom Wenzel at Ford North American Fleet Service

Steve DeAngelis has been named Ford fleet customer service manager, replacing Tom Wenzel, effective Aug. 1, 2001. DeAngelis joins Fleet from Ford Customer Service Division, Technical Support Operations. Wenzel has been named director of customer service worldwide for direct market operations for Ford.
