Lou Proctor, Former Chevrolet Manager of Fleet Field Operations, Dies

Lou Proctor, who retired from Chevrolet in 1989 as manager of fleet field operations, died Aug. 14, 2001. He was 72. He joined GM on April 25, 1955. He is survived by his wife Jill, four daughters, and four grandchildren.
