DALLAS - Lisa Kneggs was named fleet manager for Associa, effective May 31. This is a newly created position at Associa, which is a homeowners association management provider, headquartered in Dallas.
“Associa has a very small fleet of several hundred vehicles, but they are growing leaps and bounds. I’m very excited with this opportunity,” said Kneggs.
Since 2006, Kneggs was fleet manager for Coinmach Service Corp. in Irving, Texas, where she managed a fleet of 1,250 service vehicles.
Earlier, Kneggs worked for 10 years as the fleet administrator for Pizza Hut/Yum Restaurants, also in Dallas. At the time, Pizza Hut had a 1,150-vehicle fleet. Later, Kneggs expanded her responsibilities to assume management of the KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, and A&W Restaurants fleets, which were also owned by Yum! Brands. While at Pizza Hut, Kneggs earned her nickname “Lisa Pizza” from Ford's national account manager Bill Haynes.
