Toyota Boosting RAV4 Production

CAMBRIDGE, ONTARIO – Toyota said it’s increasing production of its RAV4 at its Woodstock, Ontario assembly plant from a capacity of 150,000 annually to 200,000 vehicles. The automaker said it is investing $80 million (Canadian dollars) in the plant. The vehicles are slated for sale in the North American market.

Toyota currently manufactures the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Matrix, Toyota RAV4, and the Lexus RX 350 vehicles in its plants in Cambridge, Ontario and at one plant in Woodstock, Ontario.
