Wheels, Inc. recognized 16 clients for achieving successes in five of the organization’s Results+ optimal fleet categories at the 2016 Results+ Fleet Performance Summit Oct. 26 to 27 in Chicago.

The summit featured the attendance of a client representative from the five Wheels Results+ categories, paired with their Wheels account manager, to discuss the processes and evaluation methodologies that contributed to the success in the category they were honored.

The categories recognized at the summit included total cost management, which was represented by Demond Hammond of SCI; fleet administration and ease, which was recognized by Bob Scott of Kinder Morgan; and driver productivity and satisfaction, which was represented by Robb Wagner of Smith & Nephew.

The event, which is in its fourth year, also provided an opportunity for fleet professionals to share best practices. The open forum allowed clients to hear first-hand about initiatives their peers have taken and get direct feedback to their questions.

“This event allows our clients to come together to share their accomplishments over the last 12 months and celebrate victories with their peers,” said Suresh Rajapakse, VP of client relations at Wheels.

More than 65 Wheels clients attended the summit to discuss fleet management success stories, network, and share ideas with peers.

Jim Frank, CEO of Wheels, concluded the summit with an industry focus regarding the global economic and financial trends that point to a positive forecast for fleet over the next three to five years.
