Ford Motor Co. is recalling 301 2014 model-year Escape and Focus vehicles, as well as 2015 Lincoln MKC compact SUVs, because the fuel delivery module might crack and result in low fuel pressure that can lead to stalling.

The fuel delivery module is at risk for cracking between the filter body and filter cap, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported. The recall affects Focus vehicles manufactured May 1-24, Escape vehicles manufactured June 6, and Lincoln MKC SUVs manufactured June 4-July 7 of this year.

Ford dealers will replace the fuel delivery module free of charge. The recall is already under way.

Vehicle owners can reach Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 14S20.
