The 2013 Global Fleet Management Conference Phoenix, which will be held in Phoenix, Ariz., Sept. 30 – Oct. 1, will feature a session called “Best Practices in Creating a World-Class Tender Process.” At this session a number of panelists with an international perspective will discuss the tender process for OEMs, fleet leasing companies, and other fleet suppliers. The main discussion will cover whether it makes sense to do a tender globally vs. regionally vs. locally, and how to approach each strategy.
