Chevrolet announced its 2019 Camaro models, with the addition of the Camaro Turbo 1LE.

The Camaro Turbo 1LE joins the V6 1LE, SS1 LE, and ZL1 1LE with a 2.0L turbocharged engine, six-speed manual transmission, and a tailored chassis package modeled after the V6 1LE. The Turbo also features FE3 suspension with larger diameter front and rear stabilizer bars, specifically tuned dampers, stiffer rear cradle bushings, and cross-axis ball joints in the rear tow links. Drivers can also choose between Sport and Track modes.

The new Camaro models feature updated, performance-driven designs, with new grille details and hood and fascia vents to cool internal components and minimize drag or lift. All models also have new rear fascias, with the RS and SS receiving specific diffusers with Dual Mode Exhaust.

The 2019 Camaro also features Chevrolet's Infotainment 3 system, which aims to provide a similar user experience to smartphones and tablets. Each Camaro is equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen, with an 8-inch option available. A new high-definition rear-view camera offers improved viewing quality. Safety features include Forward Collision Alert, alongside features available in previous Camaro models.

The 2019 Camaro joins Cruze, Malibu, and Spark as part of Chevrolet’s revitalized 2019 lineup of cars.
