The Chevrolet Cruze is offering greater connectivity for its 2015 model, including new text message alerts, Apple Siri integration and OnStar 4G LTE with a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot.

The new text message alerts allow smartphone users with a Bluetooth profile to hear incoming texts through the vehicle’s speakers. Also, iPhone users can download a free app where Siri can read those texts called Siri Eyes Free.

The other listed features can be accessed by purchasing an OnStar package, but customers can take advantage of the OnStar service for the first six months after buying the vehicle.

At this year’s L.A. Auto Show, Automotive Fleet and Business Fleet magazine named the Cruze Fleet Car of the Year. In 2013, more than 4,800 Cruzes were registered by commercial fleets.
