BMW CFO Said Group Still Considering Fourth Brand

MUNICH, GERMANY – Bayerische Motoren Werke AG is continuing to consider whether it will set upa fourth brand as part of its long-term growth strategy, CEO Michael Ganal saidin an interview with Euro am Sonntag,according to www.forbes.com.

 

He saidthat to ensure long-term growth, it is not enough for BMW to tighten costs; itmust also consider increasing its revenues and adding a fourth brand “remainsabsolutely conceivable.”

The groupnow has the BMW, Mini, and Rolls-Royce brands.
