AUBURN HILLS, MI – Until now, the Yes Roadster 3.2 or 3.2 Turbo was only offered outside the United States. However, in June, the boutique German supercar maker will begin shipping the first of 50 cars annually to the United States. Six dealers will be announced in the coming days, according to www.autoweek.com.

Handbuilt on an aluminum spaceframe and powered by Audi 3.2L V-6 engines, the cars are styled similar to the Lotus Elise but have been engineered from the ground up by parent company Funke & Will AG. The 3.2 Turbo produces 381 hp and is capable of 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 175 mph. An optional upgrade pushes power in the 1900-lb vehicle to 446 hp and the 0-60 mph time to 3.4 seconds. The base price is $97,995.

The 3.2 Roadster produces 255 hp and 4.8-second 0-60 mph runs, with a base price of $77,995.
