Planet Halo, Inc. introduces its PH4 in-vehicle surveillance system that can capture high-resolution recordings of activity in a vehicle. Features include the ability to port up to four cameras to a single base unit. Vehicle position with elevation and speed is tracked at every coordinate via Google Earth.
