LoJack Hires Nissan Fleet Executive

May 01, 2014

LoJack Corp. has named former Nissan North America fleet executive Joe Castelli as its vice president of fleet and commercial operations to grow the company's commercial equipment and fleet management business.

As a veteran automotive industry executive, Castelli most recently worked as vice president for Nissan's commercial vehicles and fleet unit. At Nissan, Castelli consistently grew market share and profits for Nissan's fleet business, according to a LoJack release.

"The addition of an executive leader of Joe's caliber and record of success is further proof of LoJack's dedication to delivering the best products and solutions for our rapidly expanding commercial and fleet customer base," said Randy Ortiz, LoJack's CEO and president.

Prior to his role with Nissan, Castelli spent more than 23 years at Ford Motor Co., where he was responsible for expanding the company's market share of Class 2-7 vehicles. Castelli oversaw Ford's commercial truck business, while working with Ford's dealer network and more than 200 outside partners.
