Video: Oklahoma Texting Ban Measure
The Oklahoma House is considering a measure that would outlaw texting while driving, enforced as a secondary offense.
House Bill 2540, introduced by Rep. Terry O’Donnell, recently passed a House committee and is expected to be up for a full House vote. A first reading is scheduled for March 3.
