Gulf States Toyota to Correct Stated Tire Requirements for Sold Tacoma Trucks

April 25, 2012

HOUSTON – Gulf States Toyota Inc. is re-issuing tire/loading information placards for 672 2012 model-year Toyota Tacoma trucks that the company previously sold. The new placards will replace ones that inaccurately listed the truck’s requirements for spare tire size and cold inflation pressure.

This safety recall began this month. The new placards will be sent to the affected truck owners free of charge.

Gulf States Toyota can be reached at (713) 744-3465.
