General Motors Recalling 3,633 2012-MY Buick Regals

March 14, 2012

WASHINGTON – General Motors is recalling 3,633 2012 model-year Buick Regal vehicles because of a potential software error that can cause the parking lamps to malfunction.

GM will notify affected vehicle owners of the recall, and dealers will reprogram the body control module free of charge to remedy the problem. The recall is expected to begin this week, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.

Vehicle owners can reach GM at (800) 521-7300.
