Morgan Olson Recalling Walk-in Vans

WASHINGTON – Morgan Olson Corp. is recalling more than 8,300 2009-2012 model-year walk-in vans because of faulty door latch systems.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall covers walk-in vans with sliding front side doors. They were all manufactured from Sept. 1, 2009 through Feb. 2, 2012. The door latch systems in these vehicles fail to meet federal standards for strength, posing a safety risk in the event of a collision.

Michigan-based Morgan Olson will notify owners of the recall and arrange for the required repairs free of charge.
