Texas Collision Repair Firm Continues Expansion

SAN ANTONIO, TX - Service King Collision Repair Centers, a Texas-based operator of collision repair facilities in the Dallas-Ft. Worth and Houston markets, said it has agreed to acquire Alamo Body and Paint, a collision repair provider with eight locations in San Antonio.

The transaction is expected to be completed by May 1, Service King Collision Repair Centers said. Terms were not disclosed.

With the eight new locations, Service King will have 42 locations in Texas.

"The acquisition of Alamo Body and Paint allows us to start serving the people of San Antonio," said Brent McKinney, Service King's vice president of Central Texas.
