Chrysler Issues '08 Jeep Liberty Recall

November 17, 2010

WASHINGTON - Chrysler Group is recalling 16,229 MY 2008 Jeep Liberty vehicles to replace the windshield wiper motors.

The recalled vehicles are equipped with windshield wiper motors that contain excess adhesive that may allow water to seep through and eventually cause the wiper system to malfunction, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported.

Owners can reach Chrysler at (800) 853-1403.
