Marsh Teams With GreenRoad Technologies to Improve Fleet Risk Management

NEW YORK --- Marsh, a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, is teaming with driver safety specialist GreenRoad Technologies to offer clients more services. 

Clients of Marsh's captive management operations services will have access to GreenRoad risk management and driver safety technology at special rates.

GreenRoad works with companies to reduce their fleet risk and to improve fuel consumption. GreenRoad client data suggest that on average, GreenRoad's clients have reduced accidents by 54 percent, accident costs by 49 percent, and fuel consumption by 10 percent.

The GreenRoad Safety Center combines safety, risk visibility, functionality, and coaching in one package. Drivers receive continuous real-time training and feedback with access to their individual driving risk profile online.

Managers receive complete and accurate visibility into risk and safety levels using Safety Center web-based reporting. Feedback is also provided via e-mail, SMS, and Safety Center's password-protected website.

Drivers and managers can review detailed reports on high-risk areas -- organized by fleet, driver, department, maneuver type, trip and other variables. The data helps fleet managers develop focused and effective risk management strategies.
