September 18, 2008

AUBURN HILLS, MI --- The 2009 Chrysler Town & Country adds two new safety features -- Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path advance safety systems -- to the more than 30 safety features available already, the automaker said.

The new features add to the more than 35 new or improved features -– including the Swivel ’n Go seating -– introduced in the 2008 Town & Country. The Chrysler Town & Country also features SmartBeam headlamps and rain-sensing wipers.

The Stow ’n Go seating and storage system, first introduced in the 2005 MY, offers both second- and third-row seats that fold into the floor.
