ADESA Acquires Dent-Removal Company Dent Demon

CARMEL, Ind. --- Auto remarketing giant ADESA announced it has acquired Dent Demon, a company that has been providing paintless dent repair (PDR) services to the automotive industry for more than 15 years."I am pleased to acquire an established company that we have had a strong working relationship with for several years," said Jim Hallett, ADESA president and CEO. Dent Demon will be a wholly owned subsidiary of ADESA, and on-site technicians will report directly up through ADESA auction general managers.
