NHTSA Investigating Complaints About Pontiac Vibe Windows

WASHINGTON, D.C. --- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating complaints that some front power windows in Pontiac Vibes have shattered or cracked when raised or lowered.The agency said on Monday that it has received 15 such complaints about windows in 2003-2004 Vibes. An additional three complaints have described a popping or cracking noise. General Motors is fully cooperating with the investigation. The NHTSA said the issue could affect more than 120,000 vehicles.
