October 11, 2007

DETROIT --- Chrysler is recalling 102,042 Dodge Avengers and Chrysler Sebring cars to address a potential problem with cooling fan motor connectors that may pose a fire risk. The recall affects the 2007 and 2008 model years that have 2.4-liter engines. There have been a few cases in which the cooling fan connectors overheated, although no accidents or injuries have been reported.
