Alabama Woman Charged With Stealing Driver License Receipts

DOTHAM, Ala. --- The Alabama Department of Public Safety said a 53-year-old woman from here has been charged with stealing approximately $40,000 in missing driver license receipts.The woman had worked for 27 years in the Dotham examining office. She was fired May 29. A Houston County grand jury indicted her on five counts of theft, according to an Associated Press report.
