Manheim To Host Nationwide Super Highline Sale

May 06, 2004

Manheim hosted a sales event May 5 called the “One Hundred Grander.” Most of the vehicles that were offered were expected to sell for at least $100,000 each. Manheim Auto Auction in Manheim, Pa., invited dealers to either attend the physical sale or participate online via Simulcast. Cars began running through the lanes at 4 p.m. EDT and an ensuing Cinema Sale presented automobiles directly from consigning dealers’ lots and Manheim auctions across the country, displaying digital images, electronic condition reports, and other information to bidding dealers while they enjoyed food and other amenities in a relaxing, movie-like atmosphere.
