Manheim announced today that Alex Kozlowski has been promoted to assistant general manager of Baltimore-Washington Auto Exchange in Elkridge, Md., and Chris O’Donnell has been promoted to assistant general manager of Butler Auto Auction in Cranberry Township, Pa. Kozlowski previously served as operations manager of Newburgh Auto Auction in Newburgh, N.Y., while O’Donnell formerly was director of institutional accounts at Butler Auto Auction. Kozlowski joined Manheim in March 1991 when he began working with quality control in Newburgh Auto Auction’s detail shop. In December 1992, he was promoted to detail shop manager. Kozlowski was named operations manager in June 1999. In 2000, he assumed the additional responsibility of overseeing the facility’s Ford factory and Ford Motor Credit accounts. O’Donnell began working for Manheim in August 1996 as a manager trainee at Butler Auto Auction. Within a year, he was named assistant factory manager. In August 1998, O’Donnell was promoted to factory manager, a position he held until being named director of institutional accounts in January 2003.
