"Hallett is respected as a strong industry leader; his experience qualifies him for this additional role."

Don Harris, who formerly was COO, will serve as Regional Vice President of the Southeastern United States. The other Regional Vice Presidents of ADESA are Ken Osborn, Tom Caruso, Mark Willey and Dennis Jones. David Bynum, formerly a Regional Vice President, has assumed responsibility for the Atlanta heavy-duty truck auction and oversight of ADESA's heavy-duty truck operations nationwide.
