Black Book® Releases New Product

December 04, 2003

Black Book® announces the release of its new version of the Used Car XPRESS™ for Personal Digital Assistants utilizing the Pocket PC® operating system. This new version leverages Microsoft’s new .Net (dot net) architecture, and is substantially faster than previous versions while compatible with all of the latest Microsoft® compatible handheld devices.

According to Mike Compton, Black Book® IT director, “This program is user friendly, and like all of our other handheld products, contains our entire database with all of the values found in our Weekly Guide, Old Car Guide, Retail Guide and Truck & Van Guide. To further enhance the program, we have simplified the updating of the database each Friday by providing a Pocket PC® Wizard to install on your desktop computer. Once you have it installed, simply click on the download button to update the database; no more going to Web sites and fumbling through installation instructions.”
