Boris previously served on Manheim’s corporate reconditioning business development team. He joined Manheim in 1993 as a management trainee at Bishop Brothers Auto Auction in Atlanta. In 1999, he transferred to Cincinnati Auto Auction in Hamilton, Ohio, as assistant general manager. A year later, he was promoted to general manager of the facility, a position he held until January 2003 when he began working on special projects as part of the reconditioning business development team.

McKay, formerly assistant general manager at Baltimore-Washington, joined the facility in 1989 as fleet/lease manager. In 1991, she was promoted to assistant general manager, and in 1995, she assumed more financial responsibilities, becoming business manager. In 1998, McKay was named assistant general manager, a position she held until being named auction manager.

Florio previously served as dealer sales manager at Newburgh Auto Auction. He joined Manheim in 1992 as a prepper in the reconditioning operation at Newburgh. Within a few months, he began doing body work on vehicles. In 2000, he was named supervisor of the body shop, and within six months was promoted to manager. In 2002, Florio was named manager of reconditioning services, a position he held until being named dealer sales manager in March 2003.
