Florio previously served as dealer sales manager at Newburgh Auto Auction. He joined Manheim in 1992 as a prepper in the reconditioning operation at Newburgh. Within a few months, he began doing body work on vehicles. In 2000, he was named supervisor of the body shop, and within six months was promoted to manager. In 2002, Florio was named manager of reconditioning services, a position he held until being named dealer sales manager in March 2003.
