October 09, 2003

Tory Zimmerman has been promoted to Fleet, Lease, and Repo Coordinator at Tri-State Auto Auction-Fargo (TSAA). He has been with the company for several years in various capacities, most recently as a territory manager calling on dealers in the Dakotas and Minnesota. He will be responsible for the GSA, bank and fleet accounts, including GE Capital, PHH, ARI, Wheels, and RSA.

Dwight Radcliffe will replace Zimmerman as TSAA’s GM Marketing Coordinator and will develop new accounts for the auction's GM-sponsored and GMAC open sale events. He will also arrange lodging, transportation, and problem resolution for customers. Radcliffe has more than 30 years of automotive industry experience and has been with the auction for three years, most recently as a territory manager.

Brian Mackner has been named automotive services manager, a newly created position at Tri-State Auto Auction. He will oversee the auction's service departments, including reconditioning, mechanical, body repair, and accessory installation. Mackner will also be responsible for implementing the auction's inspection and certification programs. He comes to Tri-State from Luther Valley Ford in Fargo, where he held several key positions, including inventory control manager.

Also bringing auto dealership experience to TSAA is Mike Wiedewitsch, recently named Salvage Sale Coordinator. He will direct inventory control and sale coordination for the auction's insurance company salvage sales. He will also serve as contact for insurance company claims agents, providing residual values and other salvage information.

Lee Zahradka has joined Tri-State Auto Auction as Territory Manager in North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. He will be responsible for contacting new and existing dealer customers.

John Gross has been promoted to TSAA's technology staff. With an extensive background in computer software, Gross will oversee all sale lists, and market and inventory reports for the auction. He will update the auction's web and fax-on-demand sites and produce the auction's video salvage sales.

Matt Davis, recently promoted from the reconditioning department, will assume new duties in the telemarketing department. Davis will graduate this fall from Northwest Technical College, where he is majoring in sales and marketing. After his graduation, the auction plans to move him into a territory management position.
