ADESA Corp.’s Beth King recently achieved the designation of Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional by the Universal Accreditation Board (UAB). King began her ADESA career as the company’s market research and public relations manager in 2001. She is responsible for media and public relations strategy for 53 wholesale vehicle auctions in North America. To receive accreditation from the UAB, candidates must possess five years or more of professional public relations experience and must provide detailed documentation of their public relations education, training, and work history. Applicants also must pass comprehensive written and oral examinations covering an array of public relations topics and skills.
