Scott Watts, CAFM, has been named fleet manager at Hall’s Culligan/PrairieFire Coffee in Wichita, Kan.

Previously, Watts served as supervisor fleet, office services and facilities services for Samson Resources in Tulsa, Okla., from 1998 to 2015, where he managed a fleet of 565 light- and medium-duty vehicles in 13 states.
