Donlen Named Transportation Employer of the Year

October 03, 2016 - Press Release

Donlen was awarded the 2016 Gold American Business Award for Employer of the Year in the transportation industry for its culture, employee programs, and employee growth opportunities, according to the company.

Carlos Oropeza, director of marketing for Donlen, accepted the Gold Stevie award on behalf of Donlen at a gala ceremony in New York.

“We are honored to receive this distinguished recognition. Donlen cares about its employees, and our culture paves the way for growth and upward mobility. Employees are empowered to make decisions for the benefit of our customers, and implementing new ideas is at the root of all of our successful innovations,” said Kelly Elliott, Donlen HR partner. “The technology that we develop and the award-winning customer support we provide would not be possible without our highly engaged employees. Our employees’ efforts and dedication allow Donlen to provide a higher level of service to all fleet customers.”

Award winners are determined via a combination of votes by employees and scoring from industry experts.
