Ben Carter has assumed fleet management responsibilities for Intel Corp.'s global fleet. Carter has served in the role of sales operations manager for the Silicon Valley technology company.

Carter succeeds Don Trestrail, sales operations manager at Intel Americas, who assumed new responsibilities within the company. Trestrail now manages a team working in compliance.

At last count, Intel had about 650 vehicles, including 400 passenger cars and 250 SUVs, according to the 2014 Fleet 500.
