Mercedes-Benz USA will relocate its headquarters to a temporary office space in an Atlanta suburb in July during construction of its permanent headquarters, the company has announced.

The luxury automaker will occupy an office space in the city of Dunwoody known as Sterling Point II, a 186,000-square-foot space in the Perimeter Center complex.

Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz will construct a new headquarters in Sandy Springs that should be completed by early 2018. This facility will occupy a 12-acre green-field site at the corner of Abernathy and Barfield roads. The site is near the intersection of the Georgia 400 and Interstate 285.
