PHH Launches Phase 3 Enhancements to PHH InterActive

July 28, 2011 - Press Release

SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has launched Phase 3 of PHH InterActive, the company’s secure business-to-business website.
PHH experts worked closely with a cross-section of clients and members of the Technology Client Advisory Board to develop the Phase 3 enhancements, which include a new layout of Vehicle and Driver Details information, easy-to-use vehicle and driver menus and updated service card details.
The enhancements to PHH InterActive represent the continuation of a project that began with the September 2010 launch of Phase 1, featuring a redesign of the site’s Dashboards. In March 2011, PHH introduced significant ease-of-use enhancements in Phase 2.

“Our Phase 3 launch reflects our ongoing commitment to focus intently on our clients’ needs and deliver features that will help them improve fleet total cost of ownership and driver productivity,” said Rob McFeaters, PHH Arval’s chief information officer. “PHH InterActive is the fleet industry’s most comprehensive data warehouse and we are continually investing in maintaining the leading edge in this technology.”
PHH was one of the first companies to introduce Dashboard technology to the fleet industry and remains a leading innovator in the successful application of technology to optimize vehicle management on behalf of clients.
