COLUMBIA, MO - Terracon, on behalf of the Missouri University of Science and Technology and the Missouri University of Science and Technology Chapter of Engineers Without Borders, is donating a CME 75 drill rig, along with a Ford F-700 Carrier, to Primero Agua, an organization established to use the drill rig to drill water wells to provide clean water to those in need in Honduras and other developing nations.

The drill rig was presented to Primero Agua March 26 at Terracon's Columbia office.

"Clean water is really the big issue for developing nations," said Dan Israel, P.E., executive vice president at Terracon. "We are hopeful the drill rig, which Primero Agua will maintain and operate, will help develop clean water sources and make it easier to help people."
