Ford held its 2014 spring Fleet Advisory Board meeting April 28-30 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Detroit.

The first day of the meeting was devoted to high-level overviews of Ford Motor Company, the automaker’s product line, the transportation market, and the economy by Ford executives and subject matter experts.

Day two and three involved detailed discussions during the subcommittee meetings on the truck, car, and utility lineups; connected vehicle and service strategy updates; fleet service operation updates; alt-fuel vehicle reviews; and fleet purchase planner updates.

In addition, attendees had the opportunity to see a live vehicle repair evaluation at the Ford Paint & Body Tech Center.
