In Memoriam: Larry Rabai [1939-2006]

The Public Works Fleet Maintenance Superintendent for Bullhead City, Ariz., Larry Rabai, died suddenly on April 16, 2006, according to the Mohave Daily News. He was 67. Rabai worked for Bullhead City in his current position since 1993.
