Since 1970, Morrison has been with JM Pontiac in Hollywood Florida (just north of Miami) and is currently vice president and general Manager of Sheridan Leasing, a division of JM Pontiac. The dealership was established by nationally known Jim Moran, 'the Courtesy Man' from Chicago for many years. Today Morrison reports over 2,000 fleet sales during the past year making him a leader in the Pontiac Motor Division. Sheridan Leasing was only established about a year ago, and already has hundreds of cars (both individually and fleet) leased.

The leasing company operates from a new, modern building adjacent to the dealership on some 24 acres of valuable Florida property, and is fully staffed for a volume that continues to grow. O.C. 'Skip' Verner, another automotive veteran, is vice president of Sheridan, and shares managerial duties with Morrison. They have developed their own unique leasing concept called "Pleasing Leasing."

Before becoming associated with this largest Pontiac dealership in the Southeast, Bud Morrison dates his fleet experience back to 1946 in Buffal, New York. He later moved to Don Allen Chevrolet in New York City, where he was fleet sales manager for twenty years.

Today that experience has been essential to the larger volume of buy-backs in the sales operation; especially on the resale of the used units. Morrison utilizes the auctions heavily across the nation and individual wholesalers where top dollars can be obtained.
