Beth Wills, Donlen's director of fleet administrative services, will be one of the subject matter experts presenting at the Using Data to Enhance Fleet Policies session at the 2017 NAFA I&E in Tampa, Fla. on Tuesday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m. East Coast time, the fleet management company announced.

During the Using Data to Enhance Fleet Policies session, attendees will learn:

  • Key components of an effective fleet policy
  • How to define clear expectations of vehicle use
  • Using data to enhance fleet policies
  • Tips for handling common controversial policies, best practices for implementing policies, and how to track policy compliance

NAFA attendees interested in learning more about effective fleet policies can visit booth #401 on Wednesday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. to speak with our experts and pick up a copy of Donlen's whitepaper, "Developing a Best-in-Class Fleet Policy."

Wills has worked in the fleet industry for more than 13 years, and has been with Donlen for more than 11. In addition, she has a 19-year background in customer service. Wills has held several roles at Donlen, including account executive, regional customer service experience manager, and currently director of fleet administrative services. Wills leads the team responsible for helping customers develop and manage their fleet policies.
